About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead complex, people-focused organisational change initiatives within a large, regulated environment.

This role will deliver end-to-end change management for a significant machinery of government transition as well as support the design, consultation and potential implementation of a future operating model.

It is a 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end change and communication plans, including audience mapping, messaging and sequencing.

  • Prepare clear, accessible communications such as executive briefings, FAQs, intranet content and manager toolkitstoolkits.

  • Conduct people impact assessments, including impacts to roles, reporting lines and capability requirements.

  • Review and align position descriptions to support consultation and transition planning.

  • Plan and deliver change activities including readiness assessments, workshops, engagement and capability uplift

About you

  • Minimum 5 years’years’ experience delivering end-to-end organisational change, including restructures.

  • Strong experience in change communications for complex initiatives.

  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with union consultation experience highly regarded.

  • Experience working in government or highly regulated environments preferred.

  • Knowledge of contemporary change methodologies (ProsciProsci ADKARADKAR preferred).
