Senior Change Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead complex, people-focused organisational change initiatives within a large, regulated environment.
This role will deliver end-to-end change management for a significant machinery of government transition as well as support the design, consultation and potential implementation of a future operating model.
It is a 6 months contract role.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver end-to-end change and communication plans, including audience mapping, messaging and sequencing.

Prepare clear, accessible communications such as executive briefings, FAQs, intranet content and manager toolkitstoolkits.

Conduct people impact assessments, including impacts to roles, reporting lines and capability requirements.

Review and align position descriptions to support consultation and transition planning.

Plan and deliver change activities including readiness assessments, workshops, engagement and capability uplift
About you
-
Minimum 5 years’years’ experience delivering end-to-end organisational change, including restructures.

Strong experience in change communications for complex initiatives.

Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with union consultation experience highly regarded.

Experience working in government or highly regulated environments preferred.

Knowledge of contemporary change methodologies (ProsciProsci ADKARADKAR preferred).
