Senior Change Analyst - SAP S4HANA

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role will see you working across a complex environment, supporting the delivery of change and communication activities aligned to a major SAP initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver business change impact assessments (BCIA)
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies
  • Engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Produce high-quality communication materials and training collateral
  • Support business readiness, release activities, and governance requirements
  • Identify and manage change risks, issues, and dependencies

Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience delivering change and communications within ICT or transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to tight deadlines
  • Experience with SAP or large ERP programs will be highly regarded
