Senior Change Analyst - SAP S4HANA
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role will see you working across a complex environment, supporting the delivery of change and communication activities aligned to a major SAP initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver business change impact assessments (BCIA)
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies
- Engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Produce high-quality communication materials and training collateral
- Support business readiness, release activities, and governance requirements
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and dependencies
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering change and communications within ICT or transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP or large ERP programs will be highly regarded
