Senior Change Analyst

The Role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end change and communications delivery across a large-scale program, supporting the rollout of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the detail while still influencing at a senior level.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive change planning and delivery across the full project lifecycle
- Develop practical, high-quality artefacts (impact assessments, comms plans, readiness plans)
- Deliver clear, engaging communications to diverse stakeholder groups
- Partner with stakeholders to embed change and improve adoption
- Support business readiness, training, and transition activities
- Work closely with senior leaders to influence and guide outcomes
The Environment
You’ll be working on a major finance transformation program, moving from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and introducing more standardised, efficient ways of working.
SAP experience is highly regarded – but not essential.
What matters most is your ability to deliver change in complex environments and bring stakeholders on the journey.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in change management within complex programs
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end change outcomes (not just frameworks)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to land a message
- Experience in large-scale system or digital transformation environments
- Exposure to ERP or SAP programs is a bonus, not a requirement
