The role
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define change scope, assess impacts, and drive effective transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change plans aligned to program objectives
  • Define change scope and strategy for operating model transformation
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments across people, process, and structure
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies
  • Design and facilitate targeted transition workshops to support implementation
  • Support business readiness and ensure smooth transition to new ways of working

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Analyst
  • Experience within large, complex environments (government experience highly regarded)
  • Strong background in operating model transformation, including structural and process change
  • Demonstrated expertise in change planning, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering transition workshops
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
