We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across multiple business units
  • Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Define KPIs and track the success of process improvements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Prior Government experience would be advantageous
