We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across multiple business units
- Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
- Define KPIs and track the success of process improvements
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Prior Government experience would be advantageous
