Opportunity knocks…

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an in-flight core insurance platform upgrade. This role fills a critical gap on the programme and requires someone with strong BA rigor, and reduce delivery risk. Your role is to surface impacts early and ensure nothing breaks.

  • Core insurance system upgrade / implementation

  • Strong focus on current vs future state analysis and gap identification

  • Vendor-led upgrade with business-owned outcomes

  • Heavy stakeholder engagement across business, vendor, and delivery teams

You’ll be responsible for…

  • Current-state and future-state discovery with business stakeholders

  • Gap analysis to identify functional and behavioural changes

  • Identifying impacts, risks, and downstream issues

  • Partnering with PMs, developers, testers, vendor, and internal SMEs

  • Supporting test readiness with BA-level validation (not a testing role)


What we’re looking for…

  • Insurance domain experience – essential

  • Strong BA experience on system implementations or platform upgrades

  • Confident stakeholder engagement in complex environments

Nice to have:

  • Integration or API exposure
