This role requires someone who can operate at a senior level, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, confidently navigating both technical and business conversations to ensure successful delivery.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking environments.
  • Salesforce experience is essential, ideally within transformation or system migration initiatives.
  • Ability to operate confidently between business and technology teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical analysis capability as well as business documentation, including experience producing integration requirements documentation.
