The role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in strengthening our BA practice, uplifting standards, and driving consistent, high-quality analysis across the business. This role will suit someone who is not only technically strong but passionate about coaching, mentoring and embedding best-practice frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex programs and initiatives
  • Uplift BA capability, standards and methods across the organisation
  • Mentor and coach BAs, supporting a consistent and mature BA practice
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions and process improvement activities
  • Analyse, document and communicate business requirements, user stories and process maps

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to uplift BA capability, frameworks and practice maturity
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable artefacts
  • Exposure to salary packaging, novated leasing or financial services (nice to have)
