The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a series of ERP module upgrade work packages and play a key role in developing the technology roadmap for core functional domains supported by JD Edwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document As-Is and To-Be processes, performing detailed gap analysis to ensure ERP capabilities align with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into ERP system configurations or enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive clarity in requirements, and ensure shared understanding of solution design and outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in business analysis.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and modules across Asset Management, Finance, and Procurement (ideally JS Edwards)
  • Strong grounding in business analysis methodologies, including requirements traceability, process modelling, and gap analysis.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead discussions.
  • Broad understanding of technology and enterprise/business support system implementation.
