Senior Business Analyst
Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on a 2 Year contract + Likely Extensions.

The role:
You will support the delivery of key Cyber Security initiatives within the Department of Education, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and contribute to solution design and business process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate business/technical workshops
- Elicit and document requirements, processes, and user stories
- Own solution design in collaboration with technical teams
- Contribute to business process improvement and organisational change
- Support delivery of cyber security initiatives (MFA, PAM, IAM)
- Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements to business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Background in cyber security-related projects (e.g., MFA, PAM, IAM)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to map business processes using BPMN
- Solid understanding of SDLC and PRINCE2 methodologies
- Experience managing vendors and development cycles is highly desirable
