Location: Auckland, NZ, Hybrid working environment

We have paired with one of our enterprise clients who are looking for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

We are considering candidates who have worked with Service now, ITSM, case management or any transformation initiative related to customer assurance.

Why You’re special

  • You have at least 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with proven experience working on Customer Assurance projects
  • Experience working with Service Now from a business perspective and strong understanding of ITSM, and customer use cases
  • Strong ability and proven experience engaging with stakeholders, across technology and wider business.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Confident to convey ideas effectively within an ever-changing environment.
  • Agile, waterfall and hybrid experience.
  • A customer-focused mindset, passion for evolving technology and for delivering effectively
