Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Cloud AWS Engineer, you will:
- Design, build, and support enterprise-scale AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.
- Provide technical leadership and expert guidance on cloud architecture, platform engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital services.
- Lead the implementation of cloud-native and container-based solutions within complex multi-account AWS environments.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation, and continuous delivery practices across the platform.
- Support the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
- Contribute to cloud governance, operational excellence, resilience testing, and security initiatives.
- Mentor and support technical team members while promoting engineering best practices.
- Assist with evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for platform improvement and innovation.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate significant experience across cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform engineering disciplines within enterprise environments.
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong background working within secure, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-native and container-based architectures.
- Demonstrated success implementing DevOps and Platform Engineering practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance.
