Senior Analyst | Lead Analyst - Security Operations Centre
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior or Lead Cyber Security Operations Analyst to guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team at the heart of our Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC). You will work closely with one other Lead managing the day-to-day operations, direct technical responses to incidents, mentor analysts, and ensure delivery of high-quality cyber defence services.
Working closely with the SOC Manager and other technical teams, you will lead services such as vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and security reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise, organisational skills, and passion for cyber security will make a measurable impact.
Key Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a SOC or similar cyber security environment
- Strong knowledge of security operations, including SIEM, threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Familiarity with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and best practices
- Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded
