This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant seeking their next step into a Senior Accountant role. The successful candidate will enjoy direct client contact, exposure to complex matters, and a genuine pathway for career progression.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant within the Business Advisory team, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.

  • Advise clients on GST, CGT, FBT, and other complex tax matters.

  • Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving technical accounting issues.

  • Mentor and support junior accountants, helping to develop their skills.

  • Participate in client meetings alongside senior leadership.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting/Commerce with an Accounting major.

  • 2+ years’ experience in public practice, ideally within a mid-tier or boutique environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards it.
