The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing delivery teams in a complex government environment. You’ll play a key role in enabling Agile practices, improving team performance, and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing sprint cycles, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Coaching teams on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  • Supporting backlog management with Product Owners
  • Driving collaboration and continuous improvement across teams

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery practices
  • Ability to coach and uplift team performance
  • Experience facilitating workshops and team ceremonies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (highly regarded)
