Scheduling and Reporting Analyst

As the Scheduling and Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and creating insightful reporting dashboards that support project planning, execution, and governance. You will work closely with project managers, resource managers, and engineering leads to ensure high-quality scheduling and resourcing data is available for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working as a Project Scheduler with high proficiency in MS Project
  • Ability to develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project for infrastructure and engineering workstreams
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to track progress, performance, and resource utilization.
  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple project sources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be an Australian citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
