SCCM/SOE Administrator

Key requirements:

  • System support services to all areas of client infrastructure environment with a focus on full site admin in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SSCM) and Group Policy environments;
  • Working on the SCCM/Napalm environments, including packaging and upgrade/rollout of desktop fleet;
  • Performing structured testing;
  • Assisting the Problem Manager with root cause analysis and resolution of problem candidates.
  • Rebuild desktop fleet with Windows 10 SOE as required;
  • Competent troubleshooting skills; identifying & rectifying complex issues;
  • Interact with experts from delivery teams regarding the requirements and technical direction;

Experience:

  • Strong SCCM experience (full site administration, packaging, rollouts)
  • Solid Intune experience
  • Group Policy
  • Windows 11 SOE rebuilds and rollouts
  • Strong software packaging skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
