We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional with a experience in optimising HR systems and delivering high-quality support. You will join a high-performing team where your expertise will directly impact the stability, integrity, and functionality of critical HR platforms. You’ll provide hands-on technical and functional support across several modules while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements and continuous improvement.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting across SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Learning, C4C, ECSC)
  • Configure system settings, workflows, templates, permissions, and manage PMGM cycles
  • Support integrations with SAP ECC, addressing data sync issues and validation
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of SuccessFactors bi-annual releases
  • Liaise with HR, IT, and vendors to resolve issues, gather requirements, and deliver training
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security standards while maintaining detailed documentation

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support
  • Proven ability to configure and support multiple modules including EC, PMGM, LMS, C4C, and ECSC
  • Strong skills in system configuration, RBP management, workflow optimisation, and ECC integrations
  • Experience in release management, impact assessments, testing, and training delivery
  • Demonstrated reporting, data validation, and audit support capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a strong understanding of data privacy standards
