SAP Solution Architect
Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect looking to make an impact on a large-scale ERP transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, integration, and delivery of enterprise SuccessFactors solutions across critical HR platforms.
You’ll work on high-profile initiatives spanning Learning, Recruitment, and Employee Central, contributing your architectural expertise within a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
About the Role
As the SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end solution architecture and ensuring alignment with business, technical, and governance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading solution design and architecture across SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions
- Providing architectural direction across system integrations and ERP frameworks
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes and manage complexity
- Mentoring and guiding architects and delivery team members
- Ensuring compliance with organisational standards, policies, and architectural frameworks
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, Recruitment, Employee Central)
- Strong background in solution architecture within large, complex ERP environments
- Experience designing integrated, enterprise-scale solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture or senior technical leadership roles
Experience in government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
Contract Details
- 6-month contract, full-time
- $1000 per day (inclusive of super)
- Brisbane CBD location
- Some flexibility in hours may be required to meet project milestones
