We’re seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Functional Consultant to join a high-performing enterprise delivery team responsible for modernising procurement and inventory management capabilities across a complex business environment.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a long-term transformation where you’ll shape solution design, influence business processes, and deliver scalable SAP solutions that will have a lasting organisational impact.

The Opportunity

Working alongside Solution Architects, functional specialists, developers and business stakeholders, you’ll lead the functional design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management while ensuring seamless integration across the wider SAP ecosystem.

From solution design through to deployment and hypercare, you’ll play a critical role in delivering robust, future-ready procurement and inventory solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM).
  • Design scalable procurement and inventory management solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure and enhance SAP functionality, including WRICEF design activities.
  • Design master data structures including Material Master, Business Partners, Purchasing Info Records and related procurement objects.
  • Work closely with architects and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions across SAP EWM, SD, FI/CO and BTP.
  • Produce high-quality functional specifications, process maps and solution documentation.
  • Support system integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, deployment and hypercare.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to optimise processes and drive successful solution adoption.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced SAP Functional Consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges and delivering enterprise-scale SAP solutions.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Strong commercial experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM).
  • Experience delivering greenfield S/4HANA implementations or significant enterprise enhancements.
  • Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Strong experience integrating MM with EWM, SD, FI/CO and SAP BTP.
  • Excellent functional configuration and solution design capability.
  • Experience producing functional specifications and supporting testing activities.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA MM certification will be highly regarded.
