Are you an experienced Business Technology Platform Administrator with a passion for enterprise platforms, digital transformation and continuous improvement?

We’re seeking an experienced professional to join a major Queensland Government organisation, where you’ll play a key role in managing and enhancing enterprise technology platforms that support critical business operations and strategic initiatives.

Working within a collaborative Digital Transformation team, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, architects, security specialists and technology teams to ensure enterprise platforms remain secure, reliable, well-governed and aligned with organisational objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the administration, governance and lifecycle of enterprise technology platforms.
  • Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities and digital strategy.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability and service levels while driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate platform enhancements, upgrades and new capabilities.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose platform solutions.
  • Ensure platforms meet security, compliance and governance requirements.
  • Identify and manage platform risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support platform adoption through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Prepare executive reporting and platform performance metrics.

About You

You’ll bring strong enterprise platform experience together with excellent stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Platform Administrator, Platform Manager, Platform Owner, Enterprise Applications or similar role.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP BTP, SAP ESM, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle Cloud or similar.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, administration and lifecycle management.
  • Experience coordinating platform enhancements and working with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and compliance within enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and driving platform adoption.
