Salesforce UX Lead
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce UX Lead to support the design and delivery of accessible, user-centred digital experiences within a complex Federal Government environment.
This role will lead UX activities across Salesforce-supported platforms, working closely with product owners, business analysts, developers and architects to translate user needs into practical and scalable design solutions.

The opportunity

  • Initial 12-month contract with a further 12-month extension option

  • Richmond or Geelong location
  • Hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum of three days per week in the office
  • Federal Government program
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory
  • Candidates must be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance

Key responsibilities

  • Lead user research, co-design, prototyping and usability testing across Salesforce-supported initiatives.
  • Translate user insights and requirements into prototypes, user stories, workflows and supporting design artefacts.
  • Provide expert advice on interface patterns, interaction design and user workflows within Salesforce environments.
  • Facilitate co-design workshops and usability testing with a broad range of users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions meet accessibility, inclusive design and established design system standards.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
  • Coach teams and support the ongoing uplift of UX and user-centred design capability.
  • Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, patterns and processes.

About you
You will bring:

  • Strong experience leading user-centred design within complex digital environments.
  • Hands-on experience across research, co-design, prototyping and usability testing.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for Salesforce-supported platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform constraints, interaction patterns and Experience Cloud considerations.
  • The ability to communicate complex design concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Vlocity components, enterprise design systems or CRM-based UX patterns will be highly regarded.

Australian citizenship is mandatory due to the Federal Government nature of this engagement.
