Salesforce UX Lead
- Leading user-centred design with Salesforce platform experience
- Initial 12-month contract with 1 x 12-month extension option
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance

The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Salesforce UX Lead to drive the design of accessible, user-centred digital experiences that make a meaningful impact. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will lead design initiatives across Salesforce-supported platforms, ensuring solutions are intuitive, inclusive and aligned with best practice user experience principles.
Your duties will include:
- Lead user-centred design activities including research, co-design, prototyping and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers and architects to translate user insights into effective design solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on UX patterns, interaction design and accessibility within Salesforce-supported environments.
- Facilitate workshops and user testing to validate solutions and improve participant and staff experiences.
- Coach teams on user-centred design best practices while maintaining design standards, documentation and governance.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading UX design across large-scale digital transformation or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in user research, co-design, prototyping and usability testing.
- Experience designing solutions within Salesforce environments, including Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into clear design artefacts for multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles and component-based design systems.
- Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- A passion for improving design capability and championing user-centred design practices across teams.
