The Role
Are you a highly skilled and energetic Salesforce professional looking to make a meaningful impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering innovative ICT solutions that improve the lives of Australians. As a Lead Salesforce Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting critical enterprise systems, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security.
Your duties will include:
- Providing technical and delivery leadership for enterprise production systems.
- Offering architectural and solution design guidance with a focus on non-functional requirements.
- Managing and mentoring technical resources to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Monitoring system health and proactively addressing performance issues or bottlenecks.
- Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design and software development.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-grade production systems, including system monitoring, security, and compliance.
- Expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio (Vlocity).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in building team capability and refining processes to drive efficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
