The Role
Are you a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead looking to make a meaningful impact? Join a dynamic and passionate team delivering innovative Salesforce-based solutions as part of a high-profile transformational program. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a better future for Australians by supporting a significant national initiative.
Your duties will include:
- Designing and developing robust, reusable, and high-quality Salesforce Vlocity solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to governance and coding standards through reviews.
- Supporting the code deployment process across all environments, including production.
- Mentoring junior Salesforce developers and building team capability.
- Actively participating in daily scrum activities and contributing to CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience with Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Vlocity/Omnistudio.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns, such as REST APIs and Platform Events.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Source Control tools (e.g., GitLab), package-based development, and agile methodologies.
