Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading national logistics organisation, to support a major enterprise-wide digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to play a critical role in shaping and delivering a large-scale, customer-focused platform uplift.

Role Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Contract Length:

  • Initial 6-month contract (highly likely to extend – multi-year program)
  • Fixed-term salaried arrangements can also be considered, depending on preference

Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney based with 2-3 days onsite

Daily Rate: $1,130 incl. super

Project: Enterprise Customer Experience Transformation

Role Details:

  • Own and shape end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture within a large enterprise program
  • Hands-on development across Apex and Lightning (LWC), setting development standards and best practices
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to delivery teams and consulting partners
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear technical direction and progress updates
  • Contribute to a long-term, multi-phase transformation with significant scale and complexity

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong, hands-on Apex development experience in complex Salesforce environments
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce Lightning (LWC) and core Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
