We’re partnering with a highly regarded enterprise organisation undertaking a major customer and technology transformation program, and we’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic digital outcomes.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation initiative focused on improving customer experience, modernising platforms, and enabling smarter service delivery through Salesforce technologies.

As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll lead end-to-end solution architecture across a complex enterprise environment, designing scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions that align with long-term business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms and integrated enterprise systems
  • Design scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, workflow automation, and integrations
  • Define API-led and event-driven integration patterns
  • Produce solution options, architecture artefacts, and technical decision documentation
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, resilience, security, and performance
  • Provide architectural governance, mentoring, and technical leadership to delivery teams
  • Support transformation delivery through pragmatic and commercially focused architecture decisions
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce architecture within large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong expertise across Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations and modern architecture patterns
  • Ability to balance business outcomes, technical quality, delivery timelines, and risk
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Salesforce Architecture certifications
  • TOGAF or broader enterprise architecture exposure highly regarded
