Salesforce Reporting Analyst
Our client is a large, purpose-driven Federal Government Agency seeking an APS6 Salesforce Reporting Analyst to enable strategic reporting and visualisation within Salesforce Health Cloud.
Australian Citizenship required (MANDATORY – Federal Government)
- 12-month initial contract with the possibility of further 12-month extension
- APS6 hourly rate: $65.03 – $73.85 + Super hourly
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Location: Melbourne CBD
- Already holding or ability to obtain Baseline AGSVA clearance
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain robust datasets and reports that offer strategic insights.
- Preparing reports within Salesforce in response to time-critical bodies of work such as responding to requests for data for Senate Estimates briefs.
- Create interactive dashboards within Salesforce to support business decision-making.
- Interpreting data and analysing results using standardised techniques.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across the Departments instance of Salesforce.
- Preparing SOPS and reports for executive and project teams.
- Assist with system administration, including flows, objects, permissions and enhancement requests
- Implementing ideas and strategies to achieve service delivery efficiencies and/ or cost reductions within accountabilities.
- Supporting Director / Assistant Director with ad-hoc unscheduled tasks and data requests when required.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and other support activities across the project including business-as-usual and training activities by providing leadership, knowledge and skills transfer to cross functional team members.
Essential criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics is essential. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud would be highly desirable
- Experience in drawing insights, building narratives and reporting on complex data sets
- Experience in data visualisation
- Experience in Tableau highly desirable
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable: experience working clinical/health data
- Military experience/knowledge is desirable but not essential.
