Role Overview
We’re seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME to partner with Architecture and Business teams to define technical strategy, data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks that enable secure, reliable CRM Marketing Cloud data synchronisation for lifecycle, transactional, and campaign communications.
Responsibilities

Define CRM Marketing Cloud integration architecture and technical strategy.

Design data models, mappings, contracts, and error-handling frameworks.

Lead API and middleware integrations (REST/SOAP, MC Connect, MuleSoft, Azure, Boomi).

Define inbound and outbound data flows and transformation rules.

Create reusable patterns for journeys, triggers, segmentation, and event automation.

Design scalable multi-BU / multi-brand MC environments.

Ensure data governance, security, retention, and compliance standards.
Skills & Experience

5-8 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integration architecture experience.

Strong API and middleware integration expertise.

Experience delivering scalable, multi-environment MC implementations.

Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
