The Role
Are you an experienced Salesforce professional looking to make a meaningful impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering innovative ICT solutions that support a better life for Australians with disabilities. As a Salesforce Environment Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Salesforce environments to ensure seamless operations and project success.
Your duties will include:
- Providing technical leadership and strategic planning for the Salesforce environments team.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce environment plans and service catalogues.
- Executing complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD, and new projects.
- Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
- Ensuring documentation, standards, and support processes are continually reviewed and improved.
- Mentoring team members and assigning work activities to support team objectives.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab.
- Experience in leading the design and governance of Salesforce environment strategies.
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation Certification, Agile methodologies, and team leadership is highly desirable.
