Salesforce Developer/Senior Administrator - Field Service

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer or Senior Administrator to join the team on a 12-month contract with high likelihood of extension. This role will support a critical program of work which focuses on the assessment, migration, and implementation of Salesforce’s Data Capture product, as they transition from our current Youreka forms solution.

The successful candidate will play a key role in both the discovery and planning stages, as well as the technical implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake discovery activities to analyse and document the current forms solution (Youreka).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Data Capture, assessing capabilities and potential gaps.
  • Prepare a migration plan and associated documentation.
  • Implement the migration in line with the agreed roadmap.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to balance business engagement with technical delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Field Service.
  • Previous experience with forms solutions such as Youreka is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Capture or ability to upskill quickly.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, supported by excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Field Service, Platform Developer) will be highly regarded.
