Salesforce Developer

Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading national logistics organisation, to support a major enterprise-wide digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a large-scale, customer-focused platform uplift.

Role Title: Salesforce Developer

Contract Length:

• Initial 6-month contract (highly likely to extend – multi-year program)
• Fixed-term salaried arrangements can also be considered, depending on preference

Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney based with 2-3 days onsite

Daily Rate: $1,050 incl. super

Project: Enterprise Customer Experience Transformation

Role Details:

• Hands-on Salesforce development within a large enterprise delivery team
• Build and enhance solutions using Apex and Lightning (LWC)
• Contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce features and integrations
• Work across integrations, CI/CD pipelines (GIT), authentication (SSO), and platform troubleshooting as part of day-to-day delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and senior stakeholders
• Support a long-term, multi-phase transformation program with significant scale and complexity

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong, hands-on Apex development experience in Salesforce environments
• Experience across Salesforce Lightning (LWC) and core Salesforce clouds
• Solid understanding of integrations, deployment processes, and enterprise Salesforce platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
