Salesforce Business Analyst
We’re seeking experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to join a large, multi-year digital transformation program within the federal government.
You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to analyse current processes, gather and document requirements, and design scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
This opportunity is open only to Australian Citizens, as it requires the ability to obtain or hold a Baseline security clearance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.

Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Partner with Salesforce designers, developers, and testers to ensure effective solution delivery.

Map and optimise business processes using BPMN standards and Lean principles.

Manage and maintain requirements traceability in Azure DevOps (or similar tools).

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience

4-5+ years’ hands-on Salesforce Business Analysis experience, ideally within large enterprise or government environments.

Proven record delivering Salesforce Cloud or Experience Cloud implementations.

Strong capability in BPMN process modelling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder facilitation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Experience working in Agile environments, with proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira.

Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for Baseline clearance.
