We’re partnering with a leading global consultancy delivering work into NBN, and they’re looking to bring on 3 experienced Business Analysts for a contract role, with strong likelihood of extension.

This role sits in a fast-paced environment supporting both project delivery and BAU initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, while collaborating with delivery managers, architects, and business stakeholders. The focus is on leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities effectively, keeping customisation to a minimum.

You’ll also be involved in process analysis, documentation, and contributing to design-level conversations across the program.

Key Responsibilities
, Elicit and document business requirements across multiple BUs
, Perform process, gap, and impact analysis
, Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
, Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, and stakeholders
, Manage and prioritise backlog items
, Produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria
, Support release planning and documentation

Key Skills & Experience
, Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
, Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Einstein features
, Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning and configuration
, Deep knowledge of core Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities)
, Strong SOQL skills and familiarity with tools like Workbench and Data Loader
, Experience with JIRA and Confluence
, Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments
, Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
