
Salesforce Adoption Specialist

We’re looking for a Salesforce Adoption Specialist to join our government client in a newly created permanent role. This is a critical position where you’ll champion the training, adoption, and optimisation of Salesforce across the organisation. Working as part of the product team, you’ll identify process pain points, deliver tailored training, and embed best practices to ensure Salesforce is used effectively at every level of the business.
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM training and adoption within complex environments, ideally including Marketing Cloud.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training to large user groups, with the ability to adapt your approach to different learning styles.
- Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, across both business and IT.
