The Role

Are you a skilled Salesforce Administrator looking to make a meaningful impact? Join a dynamic team working on a major program of work involving industry-leading technologies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical projects that enhance digital and cloud services, supporting a better future for Australians.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce environment plans.
  • Executing complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD, and new projects.
  • Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners for resolution.
  • Managing support tickets with Salesforce and maintaining platform security.
  • Documenting processes, policies, and configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Supporting Salesforce projects and working closely with Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Data Loader and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong documentation and technical skills.
  • Experience with ITIL Foundation Certification, Jira, Confluence, or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
