Job Details

We are seeking two experienced Salesforce Administrators to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves supporting a major program of work that leverages Salesforce as a core component.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans and execute critical and complex administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD, and new projects.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners for resolution.
  • Ensure documentation on processes, policies, and configurations is developed and maintained.
  • Provide support for Salesforce projects, working closely with Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cyber Security, Architects, and Business Analysts.

Essential Criteria

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge, including sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Experience with Data Loader, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong documentation and technical skills.
  • Australian citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain Baseline security clearance.
