Our client, a well-established HealthTech company, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion, retention, and customer value across an established client base.

Location: Hybrid – NYC (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Compensation: $135K-$150K base + double OTE

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an Account Management team to drive expansion and retention.
  • Own cross-sell and upsell execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets.
  • Refine scalable expansion processes to support consistent growth and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize platform value.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading Account Management teams driving expansion through add-on solutions in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Strong sales fundamentals with experience upselling to first-time technology buyers; healthcare or homecare experience a plus.
  • Customer-centric and forward-thinking, with empathy for client challenges and openness to using AI to boost productivity.
