Are you an SDR with 6+ months of experience, looking for your next step in tech sales? Our client is a high-growth SaaS company offering an SDR role with a formal career progression plan to Account Executive, typically within 12 to 18 months, depending on performance, experience, and business needs.

The Role
- Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
- Run outbound campaigns with Marketing
- Book meetings for the AE team and close smaller self-sourced deals
- Engage with small to mid-size businesses across ANZ
- Track pipeline and CRM activity with precision
About You
- 6+ months of SDR experience in SaaS or B2B tech
- Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to progress
- Confident communicator and critical thinker
- You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- You’re looking for a long-term career in sales, not just another job
- You have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship (our client is unable to sponsor)
- Happy to work in office 3 days p/week (Tues-Thurs) – office located in Macquarie Park
