We’re partnering with a global Cybersecurity SaaS company looking for an ambitious SDR Manager to lead a team of 7 high-performing SDRs. These opportunities do not come by often!

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, well-built function and take ownership of performance, culture, and output. You’ll be leading from the front-ideal for someone who has sold in the last few years and understands what great looks like in a high-velocity environment.

The Role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 SDRs
  • Drive high-volume outbound pipeline generation (SMB focus)
  • Improve performance through structured coaching, metrics, and incentives
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align pipeline with revenue goals
  • Optimise outbound messaging and targeting across cloud, backup, and security solutions
  • Build a high-energy, accountable, and winning team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3+ years experience leading an SDR/BDR team
  • Recent individual contributor sales experience is highly favourable (within last 4 years)
  • SaaS background (Cybersecurity highly regarded)
  • Experience in high-velocity, SMB-focused sales environments
  • Strong understanding of outbound metrics, activity, and pipeline generation
  • Energetic, hands-on leader who leads from the front
