Sales Associate
Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by a high-performing commercial property agency based in Sydney CBD. We are seeking ambitious Sales Associates who want to build a successful long-term career in commercial real estate.
Previous property experience is not essential. Our client is open to candidates from recruitment, automotive sales, real estate or other sales-focused environments who have strong fundamentals, confidence and the drive to succeed.
Role Title: Sales Associate
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Sydney CBD, five days per week in the office
Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission

Role Details:
- Support an experienced Associate Director across commercial property sales and leasing
- Learn the commercial real estate market, internal processes and complete sales lifecycle
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls, networking and face-to-face meetings
- Build relationships with property owners, investors and prospective clients
- Attend client meetings, networking events and property inspections
- Assist with commercial property transactions ranging from approximately $5 million to $300 million
- Complete the required real estate licensing with support from the business
- Progress toward managing your own clients, listings and transactions as your experience develops
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience in recruitment, automotive sales, real estate or another sales-driven environment
- Strong sales fundamentals, including prospecting and relationship building, with the confidence to make outbound calls and meet prospective clients
- A genuine interest in building a career in commercial real estate, supported by a strong work ethic, resilience and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, dependable and comfortable working autonomously within a commission-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
