
Reporting Specialist - Service Delivery
- 12 month ongoing contract to start ASAP

Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting Specialist to support the IT Service Delivery Operations by helping drive performance, transparency, and continuous improvement through smart reporting and analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who understands IT service delivery and how it impacts users and can translate operational data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for various IT Service Delivery streams
- Build dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, ServiceNow Reporting, or Tableau
- Monitor key metrics such as SLA compliance, ticket volumes, resolution times, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Service Desk leads and IT managers to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support incident, request, and problem management reporting aligned with ITIL practices
- Ability to use data to drive areas of improvement within User Experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reporting or data analysis within IT operations environments
- Must have some experience with ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting, Power BI, Excel, and other BI/reporting tools
- Understanding of ITSM processes and Service Desk workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
