
Recovery Partner / Return to Work Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Strategically manage complex workers compensation claims in alignment with legislative and organisational frameworks.

Lead injury management and return-to-work planning to reduce claim durations and improve outcomes.

Implement early intervention strategies, particularly for psychological injury claims.

Provide high-level advice to stakeholders and deliver tailored rehabilitation and WHS solutions.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive recovery objectives.
Essential Critieria:
-
Must have In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation and WHS legislation (NSW) including the Workers Compensation Act 1987, Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998, WHS Act 2011 and related regulations.

Demonstrated experience in claims and injury management, particularly in high-risk or healthcare environments.

Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SIRA-accredited Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.

Current unrestricted NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
