Records Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Officer to support a focused records management project. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and can work methodically within established processes.
It is a 3 months contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the identification, retrieval and collation of specified deed records
- Open and review archived record boxes to locate relevant deed packets
- Extract and organise required documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and label individual deed envelopes with required information
- Repackage records into barcoded storage boxes in line with project requirements
- Accurately record and track information using Excel and internal systems
About You
- Previous experience in Records & Information Management or similar administrative roles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow processes and work independently on repetitive tasks
- Comfortable handling physical records and archive materials
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills and confidence using systems
