
Project Support Officer
The Role
We are recruiting a Project Support Officer to join a State Government organisation in Mildura on a contract until 30 June 2026 with a potential to extend. You’ll provide frontline support for the delivery of professional learning programs across the region. You’ll be working directly with participants, ensuring they have the resources, information, and customer service they need from registration through to program completion.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-focused support to program participants from start to finish
- Assist with program coordination, logistics, and virtual/in-person delivery setup
- Maintain accurate program records and provide reporting where required
- Contribute to project planning and process improvements
About You
- Strong background in customer service, administration, or program support
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in government, education, or community programs is highly regarded
