Project Officer - Grants
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery of a growing grants and funding program. Working within a small, high-performing team, you will play a key role in providing project, administrative and stakeholder support across a portfolio of funding initiatives.
3 months contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and delivery of grants programs, including application tracking, contract management, and scheduling of reporting and payments
- Maintain accurate records and data across CRM systems and Excel, and assist with monitoring, evaluation and reporting on program outcomes
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing papers and communications materials
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including applicants and funding recipients, to manage enquiries and support program delivery
- Assist with project planning, documentation, and coordination of meetings and events
About You
- Experience providing project and administrative support within a team environment
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional reports and materials
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience working with data – strong Excel skills
- Exposure to grants, funding programs or public sector environments
