Senior Project Manager – Workforce Compliance Transformation
Melbourne (3 in office, 2 WFH) | 12-Month Contract | Up to $1,000/day (inc. super)
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the end-to-end rollout of a centralised Workforce Compliance system, replacing multiple legacy platforms with a single, modern solution.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver a large-scale program that enhances operational standards and ensures regulatory compliance across a national footprint.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex workforce compliance transformation program
- Define program scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and regulators
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Oversee system integration and data migration from legacy environments into a unified platform
- Proactively manage risks, particularly around data integrity and compliance requirements
- Act as the key liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality, future-ready solution
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation or consolidation programs
- Strong background in system integration and legacy data migration
- Experience working within regulated environments or complex organisations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets
- Experience implementing Workforce Management or Compliance systems advantageous
- Industry experience across either Telco, Utilities, Transport or Defence nice to have
