About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle delivery of a modern digital payments capability, such as a digital wallet, payment gateway integration, or transactional platform. The work spans customer-facing digital channels, backend systems, vendors, and regulatory considerations, requiring strong governance, coordination, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle

  • Manage delivery within complex, dynamic programs with multiple dependencies

  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including RAID management and reporting

  • Coordinate and influence internal and external business and technology stakeholders

  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive decisions

  • Contribute beyond core PM duties where needed-this is a hands-on, delivery-oriented role

About You

  • Proven Project Manager with end-to-end digital implementation experience

  • Strong planning, governance, and delivery discipline

  • Confident working across business and technical teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and listening skills

  • A true team player-adaptable, flexible, and willing to wear multiple hats

  • Brisbane-based and able to work closely with local stakeholders

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering payments, digital wallets, airline systems, or fintech solutions

  • Exposure to payment gateways, PSPs, PCI considerations, or transaction platforms

  • Background in customer-facing digital products operating at scale
