We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital, systems, and transformation initiatives that leverage data and artificial intelligence to deliver smarter, customer-focused government services. This role is ideal for a strategic and delivery-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about using technology to improve service outcomes for Queenslanders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex digital and transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Experience delivering large scale data and AI solutions
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee project planning, governance, and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with project management frameworks.
- Manage financials, budgets, and vendor engagements to support project success.
- Champion change management, continuous improvement, and agile delivery principles.
- Monitor and report on project benefits, schedules, dependencies, and risks.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in agile project management and delivery of greenfield or transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in digital solutions, systems integration, or customer experience programs.
- Strong negotiation, consultation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, people, and processes across multiple projects.
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
