Join a high-impact digital health technology environment delivering a major Configuration Management Database uplift. This role will lead the implementation and operationalisation of a CMDB within a complex, multi-vendor service management ecosystem, helping improve the way critical technology services are governed, managed and supported.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading end-to-end project planning, delivery and operationalisation of a CMDB uplift initiative
  • Developing project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timelines
  • Coordinating internal teams, technical SMEs, service providers and third-party vendors
  • Managing project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and within budget
  • Leading CMDB design, development and deployment across a complex SIAM environment
  • Ensuring the CMDB integrates effectively with existing ITSM tools, processes and governance frameworks
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues and stakeholder communications

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven project management experience, ideally across ITSM, CMDB implementation or service management uplift projects
  • Strong understanding of Configuration Management processes and CMDB operationalisation
  • Experience using ServiceNow, particularly in relation to CMDB
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder groups, including internal teams, external SMEs and service providers
  • Knowledge of ITIL4 and SIAM principles, with relevant certifications highly regarded
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar highly desired
  • Experience working in digital, health technology or large-scale government technology environments
